SaviCorp® Signs Master Distribution Agreement with Beijing FlyingGlob Environmental Technology Limited Company
Santa Ana, CA
SaviCorp® announces that it has entered into a five-year Exclusive Master Distribution Agreement with Beijing FlyingGlob Environmental Technology Limited Company, a company established in the People’s Republic of China. According to the terms of the Agreement, FlyingGlob will promote, distribute and sell SaviCorp's signature line of DynoValve® automotive products within its exclusive territory, which is the People's Republic of China and its Special Administrative Regions of Hong Kong and Macau.
The distribution agreement follows extensive negotiations between the two companies and was preceded by a letter of intent executed in May 2014. SaviCorp traveled to China in July 2014 to meet with FlyingGlob's CEO, demonstrate the DynoValve® technology, and finalize the terms of the exclusive marketing and distribution agreement. Based on the better-than-expected test results reported by the Chinese Government's environmental testing agency, FlyingGlob entered into the distribution agreement, which establishes a minimum annual purchase volume of 500,000 DynoValve® units during the first year. In support of this requirement, FlyingGlob is to purchase an initial order of 50,000 units at a price of $8.25 million.
During the final four years of the contract, FlyingGlob has agreed to a minimum purchase of 5.5 million units, for a total minimum order of 6 million units during the five-year term of the agreement. The successful distribution and sale of the 6 million units is estimated to produce revenues of approximately $679.5 million. In addition, the agreement provides for a $30 million licensing fee to be paid by FlyingGlob that may be paid over the term of the agreement.
"The potential for SaviCorp’s technology to play a key role in the pollution reduction effort underway in China represents a tremendous opportunity for the company and we are thrilled to have FlyingGlob as our partner in this endeavor. This is a giant step forward for SaviCorp because it also opens the door to significant possibilities in the future distribution of all our DynoValve® products," said Serge Monros, Chairman and CEO of SaviCorp. "Our ability to leverage the substantial environmental benefits of our products and align them with FlyingGlob's business model is the perfect marriage of technology and marketing."
With the development of a reliable distribution channel in the People's Republic of China, SaviCorp continues to aggressively expand its international sales scope. The Company's full line of automotive pollution control components will be implemented to full effect, providing a substantial reduction of environmentally detrimental emissions.

SaviCorp is Fueling a Revolution
With an impressive distribution deal in Dubai and an assortment of major contracts on the horizon, SaviCorp is set to surge ahead after 10 years of development. |
BY AMY BENTLEYPublished: March 01, 2014 |
Last year marked a critical turning point for SaviCorp, an entrepreneurial auto technology company that developed the DynoValve, a patented after-market PCV valve for vehicles that increases engine performance, saves gas and lowers emissions.
CEO Serge Monros founded the Santa Ana–based firm [savicorp.com] in 1993 and spent the last decade developing and testing the DynoValve, its flagship product. The firm reached a milestone last year by earning a profit for the first time as the company ventured into distribution and sales. SaviCorp saw almost $1 million in sales, and if several pending deals work out, Monros says he expects profits to increase tenfold this year.
“While we generated substantial revenue in the second half of 2013, we are only beginning to scratch the surface of our potential,” he says. “It took a lot of investment money to do the patents, trademarks and certifications. It’s been a climb.”
Monros, who previously worked as a senior systems analyst for Rockwell International’s Space Transportation Services Division in Downey, reflects on his early inspiration.
“I’m an inventor, and my goal is to do something for people and the environment,” he says.
Lauren Fix, a nationally recognized automotive expert, raved about the DynoValve in a review on her website, writing: “I have seen this product installed and have tested the results myself. DynoValve is the only fuel-saving product that I’ve found that actually works.”
SaviCorp is negotiating with some potentially big customers, including the Taxi & Limousine Commission in New York City and the United States Postal Service, with a proposal for the USPS to install the DynoValve on 129,000 of its 550,000 mail trucks. SaviCorp is also completing a test with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency that evaluates aftermarket-retrofit devices that will improve fuel economy and reduce emissions.
Once this test is completed, Monros will move forward with another key goal: selling his products to the United States military.
SaviCorp has also partnered with Savvy Green in Dubai, the sole distributor for the DynoValve in the United Arab Emirates, and SaviCorp recently finalized a partnership with Team TSI, a major nationwide auto technology company, to perform installations of the DynoValve throughout the U.S. and Canada. All the while, Monros continues to work on developing new products.
“We have a lot of things going on,” he says.
Made in America: The DynoValve is assembled in Santa Ana, and every part used by SaviCorp is made,
or comes from, California or Wisconsin.

Cleaner air from tackling climate change would save millions of lives, says study
Tackling climate change would save millions of lives a year by the end of the century purely as a result of the decrease in air pollution, according to a new study.
The study is published as scientists from around the globe gather in Stockholm to thrash out final details of a landmark assessment of climate science. Their final report is due to be released this Friday and will set out projections of wide-ranging impacts of global warming from droughts to floods to sea-level rise.
The research suggests that the benefits of cuts to air pollution from curbing fossil-fuel use justify action alone — even without other climate impacts such as more extreme weather and sea-level rise.
“It is pretty striking that you can make an argument purely on health grounds to control climate change,” says Jason West, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, whose work was published in Nature Climate Change.
West’s team compared two futures, one in which climate change is stabilized by aggressive cuts in greenhouse gas emissions and one in which emissions are not curbed. The scientists then modeled how this affected air pollutants and the consequent effects on health.
They found that 300,000 to 700,000 premature deaths a year would be avoided in 2030, 800,000 to 1.8 million in 2050, and 1.4 million to 3 million in 2100. By mid-century, the world’s population is expected to peak at around 9 to 10 billion.
A key finding was that the value of the health benefits delivered by cutting a tonne of CO2 emissions was $50 to $380, greater than the projected cost of cutting carbon in the next few decades. The benefits accrue because of associated pollutants released from burning fossil fuels.
It is possible to reduce pollutants in fossil fuel emissions more cheaply without switching to low-carbon sources of power — for example with scrubbers on coal plants that remove NOx and SOx; or by cars switching from diesel to petrol — but the authors say it is striking that the value of health benefits outweigh the costs of cutting carbon.
The benefits were particularly great in China and east Asia, where the value of health improvements was between 10 and 70 times greater than the cost of reducing emissions. “The benefits in North America and Europe are still pretty high, but in east Asia you have a very high population exposed to very bad air pollution, so there are lots of opportunities for improvement there,” says West.
The research analyzed how cutting emissions from coal-fired power plants, cars and other sources reduced levels of small pollution particles which increase heart attacks, strokes, and lung cancer and of ozone, which causes respiratory illnesses.
Unlike previous studies, which have tended to focus on specific countries or regions, the new study took a global perspective. “Air pollution does not stop at the border,” says West. “If China reduces pollution, people outside of China benefit as some pollution travels across the Pacific or the other way into southeast Asia.”
Another key difference of the new work was including future population increases and the rising longevity of people, which means they are more likely to be affected by cardiovascular diseases, rather than dying young from infectious diseases. The ranges in the estimates of premature deaths avoided and the economic benefits arise from the relative uncertainty of how people’s health responds to air pollution and the range of valuations used for lives, with the EPA using a value of $7 million per life, while the European Union uses $2 million per life.
The wider assessment from the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change due on Sept. 27, its first since 2007, will play a crucial role in the international negotiations towards a global deal to tackle global warming in 2015. “Climate change is a long-term problem and the benefits of any action taken by one country are shared out among all: both of these things make reaching and an agreement difficult,” West says. “But the air pollution co-benefits are local, tangible and near term, with air quality improving within weeks. That strengthens the argument for taking action.”

SaviCorp® Corporate Update and Review of 2013
SANTA ANA, Calif. – As 2013 came to a close, SaviCorp® (PINKSHEETS: SVMI) is pleased to provide a comprehensive corporate update of the 2013 fiscal year in review.
“Looking back on 2013, SaviCorp® experienced tremendous success due to the hard work of our employees, partners and shareholders,” said Serge Monros, CEO of SaviCorp®, commenting on the company’s continued growth. “We have transitioned from a development stage company to one which has begun to generate meaningful revenue and we expect that trend to accelerate substantially over the near term.”
The past year has marked substantial headway for SaviCorp®, including a number of efforts to increase the company’s supply chain, as well as its connections to reputable sales outlets. Highlights of SaviCorp®’s growth include:
- Delivery of 3,000 DynoValve® units pursuant to the company’s SaviGreen initiatives in Dubai, which resulted in Q3 revenues of approximately $500,000 and meaningful revenues in Q4 as well. Discussions are ongoing for the purchase of additional units in even greater denominations.
- In 2013, SaviCorp® successfully tested the DynoValve® with the USPS. Again, the DynoValve® showed substantial fuel economy improvement, while reducing the carbon footprint of fleet vehicles. This test highlighted an impressive ROI for the buyer: approximately four months remuneration based on fuel savings alone. Dialogue is ongoing to further the relationship.
- Received a $500,000 equity investment from its Dubai partners, further validating their belief in the potential of DynoValve® technology.
- Introduced the DynoCap®, the patent pending new technology that complements the DynoValve® and greatly simplifies the installation process. This removes a significant obstacle the company has faced in the past. SaviCorp® has already witnessed a marked improvement in buyer discussions through this addition.
- SaviCorp® is nearing the completion on its efforts to bring all financial reporting up to date, having filed all 10-Q and 10-K reports for 2007, 2008, 2009 and 2010. The company expects to file 2011 and 2012 by early February and return to the Bulletin Board. There, SaviCorp® will have a much less restrictive trading environment, which should in turn improve stock liquidity. This represents a major step in positioning the company for its cumulative objective: a NASDAQ listing.
“We have had a truly phenomenal year and will enter 2014 in our strongest position ever. While we generated substantial revenue in the second half of 2013, we are only beginning to scratchthe surface of our potential,” said Monros. “I want to thank our shareholders and partners for their support and our employees for their hard work and dedication. Without them, none of this would have been possible.”
SaviCorp® would like to remind interested parties that its Quarterly Report for September, 2013 may be found on the OTCMarkets.com website, under the “filingsand disclosure” section. SaviCorp® Seeks to Reduce Emissions and Petrol Consumption in Fleet and Daily-Use Vehicles
SANTA ANA, Calif. – SaviCorp® (PINKSHEETS: SVMI) is pleased to announce that it has recently secured a letter of authorization and contact lists from the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission (TLC) in order to market its innovative emission reduction systems to more than 250,000 public and private transportation companies. The company has also proposed its performance enhancing technologies to the United States Postal Service (USPS), which has the potential to include 500,000 daily service vehicles.
In targeting the New York City TLC and USPS, SaviCorp® is seeking to stem the flow of carbon emissions and tremendous dependence on costly petroleum products by offering its proven emission reduction technologies to daily use vehicles. SaviCorp® hopes to employ its products within industries that continually suffer from financial burdens in regards to fuel, as well as those responsible for substantial carbon emissions.
USPS measures the fuel consumption of its fleet vehicles in GPH (gallons per hour), not MPG (miles per gallon). In a comparison of two USPS vehicles tested with SaviCorp® technology, the average fuel saved per day totaled one gallon. SaviCorp®’s current proposal covers 129,000 USPS fleet vehicles and at an average of one gallon per vehicle saved daily, with a national fuel price average of $3.25 per gallon, the resulting benefit would top $419,250 in daily fuel savings or an annual savings of $153,026,250.
“Taxi services, private limousines, van services and other transport and delivery vehicles are active nearly every day of the year. It’s these vehicles that are in desperate need of better fuel economy and lower emissions,” said Serge Monros, CEO of SaviCorp®. “With the help of SaviCorp® technologies and products, we’re hoping to prove that while these industries and their vehicles are heavily relied upon in a daily capacity, there’s something that can be done in the way of making them less impactful, both financially and environmentally.”
SaviCorp®’s highly successful flagship product, the DynoValve®, has already been approved by the New York City TLC after being inspected and passed by the TLC's Emissions & Safety Division. In securing a letter of authorization and contact lists from the New York City TLC, SaviCorp® will begin an aggressive marketing campaign to introduce its technologies to one of the most prolific transportation industries in the continental United States.
In conjunction, with the current USPS proposal, SaviCorp® hopes to grow its campaign across the country, illustrating the many benefits of DynoValve® and other peripheral SaviCorp® products that have already been proven in demand throughout Europe and the Middle East.
